OK, I used A-Squared years ago and thought I would try it again. I purchased a 1 year package. When I try to log in it tells me I have an account with that e-mail already. I try my usual passwords and nothing.
No problem, click on I forgot my password. Nothing. Try again and wait about 2 hours and nothing.
OK, now what? I try to create a new account with a new e-mail address that I use for work. Done, I need to check e-mail for password/activation. NO e-mail. Wait an hour, no e-mail.
Go to help and the FAQ is no help. Click on "I need help!". Click on "a-squared customer center" to get help and it needs me to loigin with my name and password. And it's also in German.
How stupid is that. How the hell do one get a password or is this EMSI A-Squared just a scam? They take your money and never give you anything!! No password and no way of contacting the company to get help to get the password.
Does anyone know what is going on around here?? Please help.

So what kind of scam that can be?
(including the fact that you were using the Package in the past...)
If you search thee forum you will find requests and suggestions that worked
e.g this thread or this one
Read subsequent links as well if any. but in any case you can send e-mail to EMSI (as in licensing on the contact page) using any address of yours and explain the situation.
State the password / coupon number / the e-mail address you used to create your new account, etc. there.
You will definitely receive a response and will be able to use your new account & license
