The following name and location is highlighted red emsisoft HiJackFree NAME: rthdvcpl.exe LOCATION: c:\program files\realtek\audio\hda\

Should this be removed ? as i have read it is a threat and, also, that is ok to leave.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The file is highlighted red because the Realtek digital signature is on our blacklist. It is blacklisted because it has been abused by malware in the past. If you want to make sure the file is not infected you may want to upload it to an online scan service like VirusTotal for example.
