hello.good morning
I mistakenly added my explorer.exe to quarantine.

The problem is that emergency kit classfies it as high risk and therefore I think I am not abale to restore it.

i copied all run files from my lap top to another computer since I lost the exeplore.exe form the laptop.

now what can I do to restore the explore. exe?:I tried to save it or press restore however apperenly the software does not restore or copy hight risk files, right
I reall y need to solve it

I took a look at your submitted file and it is definitely clean. I would suggest to just save the file to a different location instead of restoring it. Then go to the Windows directory, rename the current explorer.exe to explorer2.exe and copy the saved file back. Then do a reboot.

The most interesting aspect though is why was it quarantined in the first place. I went through the signature updates of the last week and none of them detected the file. Could it be that you scanned with severely outdated signatures?
