I tried to Run - Anti Malware setup.exe & I'm told "When running Windows 7 ........, Service Pack 1 is required - what does that mean ?

Service packs are essentially update collections that include all previously released security, performance, and stability updates released for a certain operating system. Our products rely on a lot of these updates to protect your system properly. We therefore don't allow installation without certain service packs installed, as we can't guarantee that our products will be able to protect your system properly.
