Recently I ran Techtracker(TT) from CNET. Though OA trusted TT and alerted it never gave a clue of its registering at startup. On my next startup I found TT merrily running , I went and checked the history (No mention of TT) and also the Autoruns (No mention of TT). I checked the Autoruns from sysinternals and found TT mentioned in the startup. So why does OA omit the startup folder of Windows?

I believe you had asked this previously in one of your other threads about Autoruns and it was discussed there. Maybe Emsisoft will consider adding monitoring for this area to OA at some point in future.
