EDITED Ofcourse OA has the "Show only deleted" option but if the choice could also be extended to others it will be great..

Over the times lot of programs are in the list some of which are irrelavant or non-existent , unknown , Trusted and UnTrusted. Can we have OA selectively display such program list for further removal or change in options etc?

Unknown programs in the list can be cleared by ticking that option in program-options tab.
Using Win XP 32bit, Win 7 64bit, Win 8 64bit.
