Davon abgesehen ist bei uns um 2:24 das deutschsprachige Support Team auch im Bett. Wir bemühen uns, alle Supportanfragen innerhalb von 24h zu beantworten. In 99% aller Fälle gelingt uns das auch. Voraussetzung dafür ist aber auch, dass die Emails bei den richtigen Adressen ankommen, die auf unserer Website klar und leicht auffindbar kommuniziert werden. Zum angesprochenen Problem mit den Setup-Dateien: Hier gab es heute Nacht in der Tat einen Fehler auf unseren Servern, der um ca. 8:00 bereits gelöst wurde. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns höflichst entschuldigen.
  9. Ich habe den Fall soeben selbst nochmal überprüft. Die erste Mail die bei uns regulär angekommen ist, kam heute um 11:06. Um 12:05 erhielten wir eine weitere Email. Um 13:59 wurde uns bereits mit einem Storno 'gedroht', wenn wir nicht bis 18:00 antworten. Kurz darauf ging die Antwort von Hr. Peters hinaus und fast zeitgleich wurde das Forum Posting hier erstellt. Die hier dargelegte Erwartungshaltung zu Antwortzeiten beim Medium Email halte ich persönlich ehrlichgesagt für stark übertrieben. "Kunde-ist-König" in allen Ehren, aber kein Support-Team der Welt kann diese Erwartungshaltung realistisch auf Dauer erfüllen.
