  1. Before the fire i used both programs together and they worked great. I never had any problems whatsoever. My only problem now is that the installer will not connect to the internet.
  2. Howdy, I hope that everyone had a great Christmas!!! I am trying to install on my laptop and when i click next to verify the account key it tells me to check internet connection or contact support. i am online as i am posting this using the same computer. I have disabled the firewall and that made no difference. I am running win7 64 bit Kaspersky 2012 Thanks ahead of time for all of y'alls assistance with this matter.

  5. howdy, My house burned down last month on the 4th. I have anew laptop and need to download another copy of the software. My CD that I ordered burnt also. How do I get another download? My subscription is still active. Thanks XcntrK
  6. Tried the Paypal button twice and there was no where to enter my credit card information. The credit card sots disappear on the first page when you select Paypal as an option. I ran it a third time and it had an option after being turned down to go to the Paypal site directly and I used it. I am now a happy owner of a one year license of your anti malware software.   9. I cant remember if I used the contact us or opened a support ticket but I have not heard anything back and it has been a few days. I think it might have been the support ticket as I think I remember not being there when I went back to the customer care center to see if it had been updated. Thanx for your help Lynx
  10. Howdy, After using your program for the trail period I went to buy it from you online. I ran my Visa card twice and both times it would not work. I called my bank the next day to find out why I could not make the purchase as I make online purchases from around the world with it and have never had a problem. My bank said that Visa itself refused to work with y'all. It was either because of fraud in your area or a problem of reported fraud with the company that you use to process your credit card orders through. Do y'all take electronic checks or is there another way or from someone else to purchase your software? Thank you for your time XcntrK
