  1. Hi,

    I have 214 files that more of them are malware.

    [first scan] I do scan their folder and EAM find about 170 malwares.

    [copy and paste] but by copy and paste the remaining files to other folder, found new malware file.

    This is not the whole story!

    after it,

    [re-scan] i move the remaining files to Quarantine and Re-Scan them and found new malware files again!!

    1- Win XP SP2

    2- I installed and select deep scan, did not find any virus, but the system has viruses.

    3- after run the NEW FOLDER virus and AUTORUN virus, A-M do not show reaction.

    4- by Right click on the drive Viruses were found and show a message that for clean system must be reset, after reset show an other message that "a big problem has occured" and i can not run A-M

  4. This could be related to the issue that's occurred to me twice since I installed EAM6 with a license key on Nov 27. My license is represented in the Customer Center with 336 days remaining as of this posting.

    I opened a Support-Ticket yesterday:

    I have 337 days left on my EAM license key. This is the second time I've been annoyed by this "select your preferred license model" behavior. I can't do anything without these windows presenting themselves. If I hit the X, another one will open. If I hit "I have a license key" and Next I get the failed notification.

    While this is happening a2guard.exe is using 50-70% CPU.

    The only way to end it is to "Shut down guard" from the tray icon and then "Emsisoft Anti-malware" from the Start menu.

    I received a reply this morning and it's an unacceptable workaround requiring reverting to Freeware Mode and then re-activating my license key. And while I noted when opening the ticket my firewall is OAP, I was instructed to make sure four EAM executables are allowed access to the Internet.

    I should ask from customers tomorrow.

    Are you sure this is not from this:

    1- problem of your server with Iran IP ranges

    2- Users network shared IP address

    3- Restrictions from ISP networks

    4- similar names to Windows

    is there any problem that you think about this matter?

    No problem with the Internet connection and other conditions.

    1- 30 days free trial

    Error: The free trial period has already been used on this PC.

    Note: Program is installed for first time.

    2- I have a license key

    Error: No valid licenses for this software were found on this key

    Note: The license is registered in CC.emsisoft.com and is valid

    Note: In another case: While this error occurred, the license will be activated (I ask form Mr. Davlat about activasion time)

    3- Freeware mode

    Error: No valid licenses for this software were found on this key

    Note: Free version and this error is very strange

    I think the problem is from your server

    This is an important problem and has been reported several times.

    Restart PC & Reinstall has not result.

    use VPN (change IP) has not result.

    test by AM 6.0.0.49 & 6.0.0.51 has not result.
