  1. As I mentioned, the Antimalware does seem to be working now. The TDSSKiller wouldn't update but when I ran the older version it only found suspicious files. Thanks
  2. "You need to respond in a timely manner, especially after requesting that your support thread be opened after being closed for no response." Emsisoft is a great product and I am considering renewing my subscriptions. It is very frustrating when trying to fix a problem to have the thread closed repeatedly. There are times when I am away from one pc or another (I have multiple licenses) for more than a week. I may then only have day or so to attempt to solve the problem. If I then have to wait a day or more to have the threat reopened, nothing gets achieved. The only option you leave me is to start a new thread to at least send some information in the short window I have available. I ran the ComboFix script and despite shutting down Emsisoft as directed ComboFix said it was still running. The program then restarted the PC and Online Armor autoran and interrupted the final report before I could shut it down again. I have reinstalled Antivirus and it seems to be working on boot-up. Thanks
  3. This is very similar to the last virus problem I had, where the pc starts running slowly and then antivirus won't load on start up I use the EEK, files attached. Exception processing message C0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c Hit continue and it finished. Could not see a log at end of scan but it found high level threat: Trojan, win32.Pached!E2 ProgramFilse\Flychart\Sys\Htmlopen.exe Ran Combo Fix, see attached Same problem occurs despite uninstalling and reinstalling anti Malware.

  5. I'll try that. Thanks
  6. I've had no reply to my email or posts????
  7. Any update? Thanks
  8. Here is the last one. As mentioned, this thread began on Anti-Malware as "laptop bugs" where the current and previous mini-dumps are attached. I thought it would be important to see what has been done to attempt to correct the issue up to the present. Thanks
  9. The topic that has been running on the other forum is titled "Laptop bugs" Thanks

  12. Sorry for the delay. Added the suggested file to the White List, but still crashing. File submitted. Please see attached minidump ID 65084 Thanks S
  13. I think that has fixed it. Second reboot, both times AntiMalware runs at start up, scans fine. The desktop seems slow to come up but I'll do some clearing and defrag and hopefully that'll help Thanks so much for your patient assistance S
