  1. Issue resolved. At the second message, I clicked yes to close the program. Then I restarted the program and the setup wizard continued properly - updated, scanned and finished.
  2. I went to update my program (version 5.1 ) and received a message that a newer version was available. Following prompts, the "used" version was uninstalled, the computer restarted, downloaded and installed the new version, but when it tried to download updates I got this message: An unexpected internal processing error occured. Please contact the support team. Status 31. Request incomplete. If I try to X to close the program I get this message: It is necessary to finish all Security Setup Wizard steps in order to run Anti-Malware. Do you really want to exit? Where do I go from here to fini
