  3. my pc has gone on a go slow....... new FFS log
  4. have performed a deep scan, can you advise if these files are somewhere safe or do i need to quarantine them
  5. tried entering the 1st command into the command console it reported back.... the background intelligent transfer service service is not started
  6. logs of new OTL scan, minimal output, LOP andPurity checked.
  7. ran fix as instructed...rebooted...on reboot the pc stopped with the wallpaper overlaid with the OTL run page.....clicked run and my preferences carried on loading. apears to be working ok except, some commands have to be given twice ie log off....click log off and nothing happens click again and the pc logs off. robbie

  10. hi, done as requested, however, i am not sure if things ran smoothly as the otl scan seemed to stall. i went to bed and it was still the same this morning. had to reboot. the pc seems to be in working order. file attached.
  11. scanned with combofix as requested, it removed the 3G drivers for my internet device, now reinstalled, however your anti malware saw them as a threat. i rebooted and they are now working. robbie
