    Hi, You must use a custom scan and select what you want there.

    Upgrading the beta version ( 6.5.0.5. ) fixed the problem. E-mail scanner works great. Thanks a lot.

    @ctrlaltdelete Yes, the email scanner is activated in EAM. Outlook is restarted but not working.

    Hi, I currently use the beta version 6.5.0.2. Email scanner is not working in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. There is no additional toolbar or ribbon. This is a known problem or is it in my unique case?
