  1. Install failure

    I installed EAM this morning (have recently installed Windows 8.1 and had to rebuild system). Did a smart scan which failed to quarantine. Went on the Emsisoft web site and downloaded latest install software. Removed the EAM installation from this morning. Now I cannot load software because it says there is a previous version installed - there isn't - and if this keeps showing up I should contact customer support. Help!
  2. These two items come up on every scan even though they have been deleted. I am now following the instructions given me by Emsisoft to correct this situation. Files (logs) are attached.
