  1. Working still on Windows XP and purchased Emsisoft Anti-Malware in Dec 2010. As my Anti-malware will no longer run, the exact version is unknown. I also have the Emsisoft On-line Armour 4.5. I now receive a pop-up window with the following message: "A major problem has prevented the application from starting. Anti-Malware can't connect to theservice application. Please reboot your PC and try again or contact support if the problem persists." I have re-booted the system, and the anti-malware no longer boots up at start-up either. Please help me as I still have 1.5 years left for these products.
