Ran the requested program (twice, actually), once with removal and one without. Then ran emsisoft as well, which could not find the virus afterwards. Gone, you think?

Emsisoft can identify but not remove a ransomware that appears pinned to the start menu. Please advise. Thank you.

My computer is infected with ransomware which the Anti-Malware program is not recognizing. What do I do??
