  1. You can visit the site while "learning" the starting domain (right-click a domain and select "Learn") and this will allow you to browse it while in Banking Mode later.
  2. The issue has been found. Will be fixed today. P.S. Sorry for the troubles and thanks for your patience.
  3. You just need to register your OA key at the customer center (https://cc.emsisoft.com) If you don't recall your license - please send an email to [email protected] and our support will help you recover the lost key
  4. This can happen if the licenses was not converted to new licensing system automatically. Most likely because of connectivity error.
  5. Hello, Banking mode allows connections to sites with Trusted and Protected domains. You can read more about banking mode at: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/info/oa/KF-Banking.shtml You can also read the local help file (available by clicking on the "Help" link at the top-right part of the OA Configuration window)
  6. Hi ct716, Could you please enable debug mode, reboot, reproduce the issue and submit the contents of the "Logs" folder to oasupport (at) emsisoft (dot) com ? You can read about debug logs at: http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/ Thanks in advance,
  7. 127.0.0.1 is your computer's "loopback" address. Some DNS servers are "blocking" bad addresses by returning the 127.0.0.1 when your computer tries to resolve such a bad domain name, so when a computer tries to connect to such a host it'll try to connect to itself.
  8. Hello, OA allowed access to 127.0.0.1 which is "localhost". This happens because some dns replies returned this as IP for mentioned addresses. OA just shows a list of domains found to have IP address in question.
  9. Actually I'd not say that emsisoft.com is the "new" home emsisoft.com is the official company website) and online-armor.com is the product website
  10. Hello hsup, Just in case it wasn't a typo and you're really using XP SP2 - this is not an officially supported SP. OA supports XP SP3 and above (Vista, etc.) It'd be better if you'd upgrade your system to SP3.
  11. Hello everyone, As you can see from the posted logs, the connections are being made to the localhost (127.0.0.1). The connections are not being made to any torrent trackers. Just a note: It's not a rare occasion when some domains are being blocked (NOT by Online Armor) by returning 127.0.0.1 ip address in dns reply. Online Armor just intercepts dns replies to show additional information in the popups.
  12. Hello Deady, Could you please create a set of debug logs (covering the reproduced problem) and submit them to oasupport (at) emsisoft (dot) com? (Please include the link to this topic in your email message) KB article about logs: http://support.emsis...mor-debug-logs/ Thank you in advance, P.S. It would be good to reboot after enabling debug mode before reproducing the problem.
  13. Hello Hermoder, Sorry for delayed reply. Please see PMs.
  14. Hello wunay, Online Armor Premium does not have an antivirus engine. Though, as far as I know NIS includes a firewall in it, so the conflict may be that you'd have 2 firewalls on your system.
  15. Hello dullcare, Could you please pm me your key ? Thank you in advance,
  16. Please zip all the logs and send them to the email address I mentioned in previous post Thanks in advance,
  17. Were the oacat.exe process running when you tried to start OA ?
  18. Just in case you missed this: http://support.emsisoft.com/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=boardrules
  19. Yes please To oasupport (at) emsisoft (dot) com Thanks in advance,
  20. Thanks for the screenshots. Could you please create a set of debug logs (covering the problem) as described at: http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/ ? Thanks in advance,
