  1. Hi Acadia, I think it's related to the "Automatically block programs with suspicious filenames" feature (located at Programs->Options). Could you please verify if it's so? (by unticking the checkbox) If it so then it's fixed in the current private beta. (will be available to the public soon)
  2. Windows 7 x64 is supported. Windows Vista x64 is not supported.
  3. Dear Peter, OA has never supported Windows Vista x64. I'd suggest to try a clean install. (please remember to reboot twice after uninstalling previous version so the drivers'd be properly removed).
  4. Hi MZ123456, Online Armor does not support Windows Vista x64. The only way you can use updates is to do an upgrade or clean install using the latest installer.
  5. Hi kgburk, OA updates black/white lists on a daily basis, so it's normal if you're receiving the updates each day. As for the troubles bringing back a minimized window - could you please collect debug logs for this issue? How to get logs kb article: http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/ Thanks in advance.
  6. Could you please pm me your key?
  7. Hi, and sorry for the troubles. The issue has been fixed in one of our beta versions and after the test period passes will be released to the public.
  8. I'm having some slowdowns without OA running on Vista SP2 (x86) too... Had them with previous versions too (except for those FF 3.x and below)
  9. Could you please tell me the email address (via pm) you're trying to register with? Thanks in advance, Best regards, Andrey.
  10. Could you please post a screenshot of this window? Thanks in advance,
  11. btw, could you please describe the exact steps you took before noticed this issue? Thanks in advance,
  12. Could you please disable "Automatically block programs with suspicious file names" feature (located at Programs->Options) and try again? Thanks in advance
  13. OA warns you about keylogger behavior, not about a program is being malicious. Some legitimate programs require such functionality to perform their legitimate actions. Best regards, Andrey.
  14. Hi Mark, Thanks for posting the dump. I've taken a look and must say that the BSOD is caused by a Virtual Box network driver as shown in the dump analysis: fffff800`00ba2838 fffff800`0307d1e9 : 00000000`0000000a 00000000`00001858 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 : nt!KeBugCheckEx fffff800`00ba2840 fffff800`0307be60 : fffffa80`0a8ed8b0 00000000`00000001 00009b41`0000cce4 fffffa80`0b853020 : nt!KiBugCheckDispatch+0x69 fffff800`00ba2980 fffff800`031acdd3 : fffffa80`0ba830b0 fffffa80`0b7e01a0 fffffa80`0ba898d0 00000000`00000001 : nt!KiPageFault+0x260 fffff800`00ba2b10 fffff880`0167a195 : f
  15. It should download and install it. EDIT: just a bit of clarification: updates will be downloaded and installed starting with v5.1.0.1331 only (for the free versions). Best regards, Andrey.
  16. "Automatic updates also in the Freeware version" Best regards, Andrey.
  17. Hi, Just wanted to make you know that I'm currently working on this issue. Best regards, Andrey. P.S. OA doesn't block ntdll.dll
  18. Please provide the following information: 1) The crash dump (or the crash dump submission ID if you submitted it via OA Crash Dump Reporting Tool) 2) OA version you have installed 3) AM version you had installed previously Thanks in advance, Best regards, Andrey.
  19. If you have crash dumps and can send them to me I can take a look and tell you if it's related to OA or not. Previously we had several reports about BSODs with OA and Virtual Box, but all of them appeared to be VB's fault. Best regards, Andrey.
