  5. Hello, The reason for this message is the presence of VBoxNetFlt network driver in the system. Please either install and then uninstall the Virtual Box or use some tool to cleanup the Virtual Box leftover files/services.
  6. Yes, received and you should have a reply in your PM inbox for about 10-11 hours now
  7. Just in case you'd not be able to attach a file due its size to a pm message: Please feel free to send them via email to oasupport (at) emsisoft [dot] com Thanks in advance,

Dear queenslander, Could you please enable debug mode and set the firewall logging to all activity (with the "Additional debug info" checkbox ticked at Options->Firewall) then reboot, reproduce the issue and send me the logs in an archive via PM. 14. Hi Everyone, Sorry for the downgrade problem. The updates should contain the right files now. (it will take some time for the all update servers to be ready to deliver the latest binaries though)
  15. Well... the updates are being released as soon as there's anything to release
  16. Hi Everyone, Unfortunately, I can't say the test results are good... I could not reproduce the problem 1) I've installed Avast Pro (latest) 2) Then installed FF 15.0.1 (English) 3) Then installed flash (latest) 4) Then installed OA 5) Rebooted Unfortunately I was able to watch movies on youtube, play games, etc. Can anyone please tell me how to reproduce this problem? Thanks in advance,
  17. Could you please try the public beta and check if the issue is solved for you? Thanks in advance,
  18. Updates for v5 were NOT switched off
  19. Hello, My guess is that OA blocks some "unknown" to it program from accessing the net (and this program needs net access to provide the laptop with wireless connection ) However, it's hard to say without additional info (logs, for example) Please come back when you'll be able to get the info and I will try to help you with the issues.
  20. "Trust all" wizard type was necessary for the only reason - digital signatures extraction was not possible during boot. There's no such thing like Safety Check Wizard anymore and the initialization scan does not scan anything besides autoruns. and therefor, (as it doesn't scan everything) - you can't "trust everything" You can still allow/block unknown autoruns if there're any found during the scan. If there would be an unknown autorun (s) - you'll be told about it. Otherwise - everything is fine
  21. I've just installed OA on a new hp pavilion dv6 (w7x64sp1, FF 15.0.1, flash - latest). I suppose that the issue is caused either by Avast/MBAM or by the sum of your security software installed, because: 1) I've played several online in-browser games (one of the is tankionline (dot) com which is heavy on resources as it's a 3d shooter) 2) Watched several videos online So, could you please verify that the issue is caused by OA and not by Avast? (for example) You can do this by disabling avast (or better uninstalling it temporarilly for the testing purposes). Thanks in advance,
  22. Hello, Here's the description: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/info/oa/KF-Banking.shtml
  23. Could you please check that this is OA what causing the problem and not Avast? Thanks in advance,
