  1. Hello wizzy, Could you please try re-activating OA with the same key? Thanks in advance,
  2. Hello queenslander, Could you please switch firewall logging to "All activity" at "Options->Firewall", tick the "Additional debug info" checkbox, reboot, reproduce the issue and send me your firewall logs via PM ? The firewall logs can be found at the "Logs" folder (names starting with "FW"). Thank you in advance,
  3. Hello SuperSniffer, Could you please send me your System Information file (.nfo) via PM ? You can get it by running "Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information" and saving the information via the File->Save menu. Thank you in advance,
  4. Hello Bluestar, Could you please go to "Options->Firewall" page, adjust the logging level to "Blocked events", tick the "Additional debug info" checkbox, reproduce the problem and send me your firewall logs (located in the "Logs" folder. filenames start with "FW") via PM? Thank you in advance,
  5. Hello zee, Online Armor Free 5.0.0.1097 does not have automatic updates (they were introduced in later versions of Online Armor Free) Please either perform an upgrade or clean install of the latest version of OA: http://download11.em...eArmorSetup.exe
  6. Hello Amepro, If you have a backup software installed you can try to do a backup of your system and then try an upgrade install. However, it would be better to uninstall your current version and perform a clean install of the latest OA.
  7. Hello SuperSniffer, Do you have OA compatibility checked in sbie?
  8. Hello skypilotpete, Sorry you have troubles with OA. Could you please remove the "exclusion" setting for the audible (for testing purposes only), then enable debug mode, reboot, reproduce the issue, zip (or pack using any other program of your choice) the contents of the "Logs" folder and submit the resulting package to oasupport (at) emsisoft (dot) com with a link to this topic somewhere in the message? You can read about OA debug mode at: http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/ Thank you in advance,
  9. Hello hinken, rundll32.exe is a host process. If the dll that was run using rundll32.exe is trusted (highlighted green in OA) then you should not worry.
  10. Dear Andrey, Just in case: you can ask the same question in Russian section
  11. Hello Jonsky, Please make sure that everything related to Thunderbird is trusted in Programs.
  12. Hello alexanderG, I've taken a look at the dump you sent, but there's no trace of OA drivers in it. Could you please tell me how running OA on W7 can interfere with running it on XP ? (I doubt it is, but it's not clear if you had performed 2 separate OA installations on both of the systems you have installed)
  13. Hello Elroy, I've moved your post to a new topic because it was violating the ToS. 14. Hello Blues, Did you mean "Hosts file" OA GUI section?
  15. Hi Pstein, Could you please enable debug logging as described at http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/ , reboot, reproduce the issue and submit the logs to oasupport (at) emsisoft [dot] com ? Please include the link to this topic in your email. Thanks in advance,
  16. Thanks, received. Can I ask you why you don't have SP1 installed? The error you receive is because of the WinCrypt api, not because OA. I'd try installing SP1 first, then OA.
  17. Could you please collect debug logs (as described in http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/3819-how-to-configure-online-armor-debug-logs/) and send them to oasupport (at) emsisoft (dot) com? Thanks in advance,

  19. Hello Koosharem, I'd try an upgrade install (download the latest setup file, run it and select "Upgrade" when asked)
  20. Hello Siketa, First of all - OA does not support Windows XP SP2. As for the popups - could you please collect a set of debug logs covering these popups and send them to me via PM ?
