  1. Yes, there is in the endpoint report, but isn't it better to add the report in the incident panel? (Also, with more detailed) In the incident panel, you want to provide helpful information to the network administrator for investigate. For example, you added a report from the VirusTotal, and Google.com or information about the processing source. I think Emsisoft file analysis (AMN) is one of the most primary investigation tools for admins, and you do not have it in your incident panel. I hope this section will be added in the future.👌
  2. Thanks for your attention. Wouldn't it be useful for the network administrator to be aware of Emsisoft detection and response (AMN) as well?
  3. The Incident Panel records all suspicious events. Even events that have been categorized as safe or dangerous by Anti-Malware Networks. but it doesn't show "performed action" by Emsisoft!
  4. Dear support, I did run a file and Emsisoft was suspicious and, so it checked this with Anti Malware Network, finally Emsisoft did safe the file. I did check the file in Incident Panel and it seems there is no information about this action (Safe by Anti-Malware Network), Why?
  5. logs.zip - Google Drive Ok. thanks @ShadowPuterDude Only to increase my knowledge and discuss more about Emsisoft: 1-Emsisoft has got a "self-protection" system, why should malware destroy to Emsisoft detection and protection system? 2- What is the difference between ESET and Emsisoft in removing this malware? Eset automatically removed the malware, and Windows file protection did not restore this malware after reboot. About cracked version of Microsoft Windows: I serve my customers, and I can not enter their worldview. I also disagree with the cracked version, but we have to accept the millions of people use pirated Windows all around the world, it’s a fact. And in all honesty, it makes sense for them to do so. Especially in developing countries, where the price of a Windows license is equal to someone’s monthly salary. Thanks for your attention.
  6. Hello again I did use ESET online scanner and it removed this malware completely. I found this suggestion in following link: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/757540/my-computer-is-infected-with-symsrvdll/page-2#entry5247732 But, I have a question about Emsisoft protection: My system was infected when I connected a smartphone to my computer (21/10/2021 07:00). Emsisoft was fully update when connected and all guards were active. Why didn't Emsisoft prevent system infection?! I will attach the logs reports to you. Maybe you can tell me why my system is infected. thank you Forensics_211028-123254.txt Download Logs.zip: https://file.io/buMTfamhvkI8
  7. Emsisoft still detects malware! Fixlog.txt scan_211023-122021.txt Addition.txtFRST.txt
  8. Emsisoft is unable to remove the malware yet. What is wrong with us, @ShadowPuterDude? Fixlog.txt scan_211021-200629.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  9. I did the fix. My system is still infected and Emsisoft is unable to remove the malware. Addition.txt FRST.txt scan_211020-210233.txt CBS.zip
  10. I think technical support for older operating systems has nothing to do with human resources. I may not have the technical knowledge used in an antivirus like Emsisoft, but there seems to be no main barrier to supporting older operating systems.
  11. I have reviewed other leading companies in the field of antivirus and they still support older operating systems. https://support.kaspersky.com/KAV/21.3/en-US/43520.htm https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28539/ https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v133891548 https://help.f-secure.com/product.html#home/safe-windows/latest/en/concept_5C9DE4ACE87B491CA11190172C10B452-safe-windows-latest-en https://help.eset.com/eav/12/en-US/sysreq.html Emsisoft seems to be the only company that has made such a decision! Didn't need a little more support from users that use old OS?
  12. Dear Support, You have ended support for Windows 7 and Server 2008 and 2012, while Microsoft has upgraded support to next years (like 2023 and more). What is the explanation for this? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/windows-server-2012-r2 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/windows-server-2008 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/windows-7

  15. Dear Support, https://status.emsisoft.com/ System status page doesnt load for me and I get this error when I open it: SSL handshake failed
  16. Fabio, Thank you so much for your response and attention.
  17. Do you think this way of responding is a OUTSTANDING support!? You can at least declare that you are not able to provide information in this regard.
  18. Hi Will Emsisoft EDR system include DATA LOSS PREVENTION?
  19. I hope your support time will be upgraded. Almost all industry brands will continue to support until 2022. https://www.zdnet.com/article/all-major-antivirus-vendors-will-continue-to-support-windows-7-post-eol/
  20. Dear Support, Can you explain about this warning from google chrome? (inspect>>console) I think this warning relate to Emsisoft Browser Security DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://jfofijpkapingknllefalncmbiienkab/lib/browser-polyfill.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
  21. I think SIMPLE is the highest value and label for Emsisoft. All things in Emsisoft must be simple and easy. Easy and simple in buy, register, install, configure and use for home and business.
  22. Hi @GT500 Will behavior blocker work smarter than now in the future? There is much software without digital signature and so them blocked by BB for suspicious behavior. I think this isn't ideal for the user experience.
