  1. Yes, and no. :) All apps in the Windows Store are certified by Microsoft before they are made available. After a developer submits an app, it undergoes several tests where the app's packages are checked for viruses and malwares.

Hello, my namesake :) Did you try to add patch "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages" and all "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\" and C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_cv1g1gvanyjgm folders/apps to white list in Behavior Blocer, and File Guard Module? Most apps downloaded via Windows Store, are stored there.

  9. You don't need it, just download EIS from this link. Before reinstallation, please make sure, that you've saved key in safe place. Mikołaj
