  1. Hi, just to say that since my last message I have updated my version of Anti-Malware and it is now working fine. Many thanks for all you help. Peter
  2. Hi, Combofix log attached. I was unable to save as Combo-Fix 'during' the download. I wasn't given an option of what to call it. I dowloaded it to my download folder and then renamed it and moved it to my desktop and ran it from there. The error message from Emsisoft still somes up when starting the anti-malware program. I restarted my PC but the message still appears. Peter
  3. On trying to start Emsisoft Anti-Malware I keep getting the following message. A major problem has prevented the application from starting. Anti-Malware can't connect to the service application. Please reboot your PC and try again or contact support if the problem persists. I've restarted my PC several times but still get the same message. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit with SP1. I also have CCcleaner and Spybot running on this PC. For several weeks I have had a recurring problem with incredibar search toolbar appearing when I open a new tab. Whenever I think I've r
