  1. I only gave you the ideas... you did the work. Well done !!
  2. Try installing it, rebooting and then try Win updates again https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/home.aspx
  3. Some info on this here andrey https://borncity.com/win/2019/08/14/windows-updates-kb4512506-kb4512486-drops-error-0x80092004/ Do you have KB4474419 and KB4490628 installed?
  4. I can view the details if I do it immediately from the scan window (before closing the window) However I cannot view the scan details from the logs GUI (forensics) Nothing happens when I double click on it in the list whereas if I double click on 'scan started' I get the details. I tend not to use the 'view details' button and just double click on the item in the logs list instead. So it looks like there may be an issue here.
  5. View details works correctly on my machine. However my scan shows a detection (an eicar file I keep on my machine for testing scans) Did yours have a detection? Just wondering if this was a clue
  6. Hopefully it won't be long before support gets back to you.

Another application restart requested after the last update. Was it due to the 3 files in the update? Proxy.exe etc.
