Thanks for the prompt reply. I reinstalled using the link from the downloads page. When i refresh the license it still only shows the 30day trial i originally used. Logged into the customer centre which shows the following : Licenses: Full versions: - Anti-Malware License number 1 expires in 361 days Trials (test versions): - Anti-Malware License number 1 is valid - Anti-Malware for Server License number 1 has expired Using Windows XP64 Pro. Tried reinstalling into the original folder initially and then into another folder. Same issue both times. Under configuration/license it only shows the 3 day trial license that i'm currently using. If i try and convert the license it tells me the one i'm entering is already in use. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks.

Hi Apologies if this has already been asked a million times.. I purchased a new single user 12 month license a couple of days ago for anti-malware after using the 30 day trial (well impressed with the software). I've not been able to get it to show up in my list of licenses since then and as such haven't been able to activate the software. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Currently back running on a 3 day trial. My account shows the license as active. Anyone able to help please? Many Thanks.
