Ok. Thank you for the help. However, just to clarify, my original post was that I could not delete selected items, not delete malware. In Custom Scan you can select it to detect cookies. I used to be able to delete them after detection but that stopped and I did not know why and thought something might be amiss. Thank you again for your help and I apologize for the misunderstanding.

I have attached the scan log after a custom scan. Not sure if this is what you call an EAM scan. Please let me know if it is something different and where to look for it. I could neither delete or quarantine. Thanks.

Sorry Kevin, I went back and reviewed the instructions again and saw at the very beginning where I was asked to download to the desktop. Sorry I missed that, late at night work always gets me in trouble.

Hello Kevin and thanks for the instruction. You mentioned that FRST64 should have been saved to Desktop as per instructions. However, I went back and reviewed the instructions and did not see this anywhere. Step 2 in the instructions are 1) Double-click to run it. When tool opens click Yes to the disclaimer. 2) Press scan button. 3) Farbar Redcovery Scan Tool will produce the following logs: FRST.txt Addition.txt. However, I did save it to desktop as well as the instructions you posted and have attached the requested file. Thank you again for the assistance. Best regards.

Hello, I update Emsisoft and run in standard operating mode but cannot delete selected objects when scan is complete. I have attached the required logs to assist in resolving this. I am running Win 7 64bit with current updates. Also using Microsoft Security Essentials, Super Antispyware free edition, and Malwarebytes Anti Malware free edition. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you!

I am having the same problem. Tried downloading package again but no change. Cannot quarantine or delete. It acts as though it wants to but nothing changes.
