  2. Ich kann die Datei leider nich hochladen. Weder hier noch in einer PM. "Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file"
  5. What exactly was the problem? And somehow it wanted me to still reboot after you said the problem was gone. Now that i followed that request it looks like it's gone now. But maybe it'll appear again.
  7. Thanks a lot for the reply, i won't use it then since i've read that is still has a lot of false positives and bugs.
  8. So is it usefull to use Detekt? I'm running the Emsisoft Detail Scan and the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Scan on a daily base with rootkit detection enabled. And another question, is Detekt even safe? I mean it could be very well that the sole purpose of the programm is to infect the PC with such goverment spyware.
  9. Ah ok, thanks for the reply .
  10. I was checking my Updatelogs the last 2days and from what i can see the a2wsc.dll was not updated once for me. But since you said there is supposed to be a fix it seems to be fixed WAC doesn't alert me anymore, at least it was today that way. There is still one Problem remaining and that is the taskbaricon. When i hover over it it's supposed to show me when the last update was. But instead it shows me the update before the last one. For example: The last update was at 4.30pm it'll show 3.30 in the taskbar until i open the programm and close it, then it shows correctly until the next update.
  11. I would love to send you some debug logs for the random update crash bug. Unfortunately the bug is pretty rare and only occured 2 times in the last 3 days so far, and i have no idea how to reproduce it. And since you are saying that those logs could get quite big i'm not too sure if its usefull to keep the log running over several days hoping that the crash occurs once more. :/
  12. Same for me, eventhough EAM is on the newest Version WAC still shows it as turned off when i start my PC. Also yesterday i got that programm crash while updating. Also when EAM already was on the newest version.
  13. I got the same Problem since two days now. My "fix" for this problem is: Open Emsisoft Anti-Malware once the WAC shows that EAM is deactivated. After you opened it just close it and the problem should disappear. At least that's working for me. Kind regards, fingers
  14. Alright i got it somehow figured out, i tried my luck using the forgot password option, and i really sent me an email to change the pw, no i got access to the license center. I wish you all a nice day, Best regards, fingers
  15. Hello Emsisoft team, after testing Emsisoft Anti-Malware for a month i decided to buy the product and so did i. Now i got a problem concerning the license center. Because i made this support-forum account before i purchased the product, the license center tells me that the email i used for the support forum is already in use and so i can't register a license center account. When i try to login with my email adress and my support forum password it tells me wrong password etc. I don't want to use another email for the license center account, can you help me? Greetings, fingers
  16. Thanks a lot for the fast and helpful answer. That just makes so much sense and i really think that is probably one of the most thoughful uses of Updates i've known so far concerning signatures. Overall EAM seems so convincing and handy that i'll probably buy it soon. Again thanks a lot and have a nice day, fingers
  17. Hey Emsisoft forum helpers, i got a question concerning the signature updates. I've been using Emsisoft as the trial version since 10 days now and so far i really like it. But there's one thing that's bothering me. The number of signatures used after every update is lower than before. Why is that? I think when i started to use Emsisoft the number of signatures were about 12.4 million, now it's already gone down steadily each day to 12.29 million. Is there a specific reason? Shouldn't the number get higher after each update? Thanks for your answers, fingers
