  1. I have the same problem. I recently installed OA and the same thing happened to Chrome. I had to make an exclusion in OA for the path to the Chrome folder on the HD to get it to work. Not a nice solution as a malware might insert itself in that folder and be undetected. Considering that I have seen other users complain about this problem I think that the OA developers should take a closer look at the problem with running Chrome when OA is activated.
