  1. So, have had countless problems with previous EEC, and have just updated EEC to new beta. Now it won't initialize. Just loads up the start screen and says it's being initialized, but won't get past it.
  2. trying to do this, but its grayed out. using EEC, but don't know where this setting is. nevermind, I see this setting is under user permissions..
  3. i did this already, but the type wasn't file. changed this and gonna see what happens from here on out. problem is so many people have clicked 'allow always' for this since it pops up so much, I think all my users are gonna always click allow always not matter what the detection is.
  4. Hey All: I have about 30 computers running EAM. I am running EEC as well, with mixed success. We are having issues with EAM detecting our printer driver as malware by the behavior blocker. Even though we click allow always to allow the file, it continues to show up. EEC has no options or settings for behavior blocker, other than enabled or disabled. If I open EAM at the client, there's also no way to whitelist the file, or create a rule, as you can only select .exe files. The driver is a .srv file. Anybody know what I can do to stop EAM from detecting this?
  5. Just bought licenses for our network. Installed EEC on server, and tried deploying to a few test clients, which failed. Looked at this forum, and looks like this is pretty much the norm with it not working. So since I don't have a lot of clients, about 30, figured i might just install the client manually, and then maybe I can configure the settings from EEC. Nope, that's not working either. EEC does not see the client machines as having EAM installed. So then I thought I'd just abandon EEC since it doesn't appear to work very well, and just configure one client with the proper settings, then maybe i'd be able to copy the config to my other clients. Nope, that too doesn't work, even though there's an import export feature in settings. I'm not really wanting to manually apply all the settings to each client.
