  2. Does the latest beta have any effect on this issue? I first re-installed EAM and the Service Control Manager errors happened immediately it activated. I then changed to beta version and the errors have not happened although it may need more time to be absolutely sure. Is it ok to leave the settings on beta? Do you think the beta version will be stable? Thankyou for your help.
  3. Since 1st July EAM update I have been getting the Security Audit failure: Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification. The invalid hashes could indicate a potential disk device error.   4. Option to submit a report? Where? How do I do that? The crash report was in event viewer and reliability history. EAM protection got turned off by the crash, there is no report in EAM itself.
  5. Ok I discovered why the laptop was going into hibernate. The power advanced settings for sleep had hibernate after 180 minutes so I changed that. So now the issue is that EAM crashes when returns from hibernate.
  6. I have been getting AppCrash with Emsisoft a2service.exe. It happens after the laptop returns from sleep. Although something has been putting the laptop into hibernation or something because I have to press the power button and then I get the "windows is resuming" message. Any ideas please?   7. I got a Windows message saying that the start menu and Cortana were not working and to re-start the computer to fix it. I wondered what the hell was going on. Turns out it was due to the update. Then I had to re-boot twice because half my taskbar icons had disappeared. Please don't do this again Emsisoft.
