    Hi Arthur, I've been speaking with Thomas Ott behind the scenes and he's now fixed the issue. All it was, was that the particular license I was trying to apply was assigned to normal Windows devices and this was Server 2016. When I initially applied it, I don't think there was a specific server release, but there is now which is obviously what's caused the issue. Being the great customer-facing company that you are, Thomas swapped one of my workstation licenses for a server license as it's only for home-use and it worked instantly. I think it was because I had only just turned the server back on again. I had set it up a while ago to act as an Emsisoft server, but it was underutilised and costing too much in relative power consumption so I turned it off. I've recently decided to migrate my Plex Media Centre to the Windows Server instead of Ubuntu as I'm fed up of having to try and fight with Ubuntu every time it breaks itself after an update. ha.   4. Hi, I bought 5 licenses in January this year and, for some reason, one of the devices has just started telling me that the license key is invalid when the same license is working fine on 2 other devices. Can someone please help me resolve this? Best,

  7. Hi all, I've currently installed and configured Sophos UTM9 on my network and it has an "agent" that can deploy to end devices. Unfortunately this seems to have a compatibility issue with Emsisoft Internet Security. I'd love them to be able to work together, unfortunately it just doesn't want to work and slows computers down to a point where it is unusable. Has anyone else tried to use these two together? Has anyone else made it work? If there's anyone from licensing reading this, would it be possible to "suspend" my licenses for a short while so that I can try the Sophos agent and see which one I prefer? My license is up soon anyway and it may well make me decide on whether or not I renew it when the time comes. Cheers,

  9. Hi All, I've got a Microsoft Surface Book i5 with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. It's absolutely brilliant and I would heartily recommend them to anyone. However I have an issue with Emsisoft Internet Security. Upon start up I am greeted with a blank GUI screen by Emsisoft. This screen disappears when I open the "Security Overview" and close it immediately. Any help would be much appreciated. Skat

  12. Hi all, I've just bought a nice and shiny Microsoft Surface Book (yes, they are as amazing in real life as they look!), and I wanted to be able to install Emsisoft Internet Security on it. The trouble is that my license is only for 1 PC and I don't particularly want to renew my license just yet because I still have 7 months left on it.   14. Hi All, As the title says, I cannot register my product after rebuilding Windows 10. I had some issues with it (Windows 10) and so had to rebuild it the other day. All of my other AV products have reinstalled fine and I have EIS running on a temporary trial basis. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
