How to get my money back? I bought two computers license for next three years, in November 2015? I uninstalled it b/c update was not working. Now it is even not installing error message is saying it is installed already. NEED MY MONEY BACK

Did Emsisoft cared to notify users about the issue? I have spent several hours and now got here to know this. I hope Emisosft is well organized company, not an open-source like forum.

Today i got auto-update on emsisoft anti-malware. It asked for reboot. After that it is not working anymore. I uninstalled it and downloaded full to have a clean installation. Now installation is not working. I am getting message that software is already installed, unistalled it first. I have three years license and more than two and half years still left. Not sure my decision was right. I am busy person and do not have time to read and write messages back and forth. I will not uninstall my operating system or will not buy a new computer for this. Not sure i will get help that will resolve this issue right away. Error message file attached. Rebooted computer several times already. Thanks.
