  1. Hello Fabian it worked fine! thank you. Could you tell me what is the probable cause of this issue so that i'll avoid doing it in the future. Also, out of my curiosity, what is that .bat doing thx again
  2. Hello, I m having the same problem: partial protection.. first i had no protection. i updated windows multiple times. verified that kb3033929 was installed. then uninstall EIS, clean folders and registry. install EIS again. the weird part is i had all protections active EXCEPT firewall (yesteday) and right after an auto update: all protections were inactive except firewall. I have no other security or tweaking prog installed. I ve run the emsiclean prog: ****************************************************** * Scanning for traces of supported Emsisoft products * ****************************************************** Service/Driver: a2antimalware (C:\Program Files\Emsisoft Internet Security\a2service.exe) Context Menu Handler: C:\PROGRAM FILES\EMSISOFT INTERNET SECURITY\a2contmenu.dll C:\PROGRAM FILES\EMSISOFT INTERNET SECURITY\A2CONTMENU64.DLL Registry: Folder: C:\Program Files\Emsisoft Internet Security\ Scan finished! any help would be appreciated. thank you
