Hi, I'm in serious troubles, I opened this emailfrom ups and everythign is locked. I was working with company called US Global Tech and they said the ONLY thing I could do was to clean itall and start all over (my life). They clean and saved the crypted files on the desktop. I dont know how to get an unencripted version of any file. I can see Two files not infected, but I can't find their .crypted counter part. I dont havre a file that is crypted and not. Please help me.
