  1. Hi, Thanks for your help but I got it sorted out. I was able to revert to a restore point and everything worked, I then did two restarts for pending software updates and it seems to be fine now. I suspect a corrupted Windows update was the problem.
  2. Windows becomes unresponsive as soon as EAM starts to load (on boot) and if left long enough some of the EAM Interface graphic will appear (takes hours). If I boot in safe mode, disable EAM and reboot Windows works normally. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling EAM and get the same problem. Event logs show an error "the program a2guard.exe version 11.10.0.6563 stopped interacting with windows and was closed". System is Windows 10 home 64 bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
