  1. Still getting the license change pop up. When I look in the event viewer I see this series of events for when the pop up happens: The Software Protection service is starting. Parameters:caller=wmiprvse.exe Initialization status for service objects. C:\WINDOWS\system32\sppwinob.dll, msft:spp/windowsfunctionality/agent/7.0, 0x00000000, 0x00000000 C:\WINDOWS\system32\sppobjs.dll, msft:rm/algorithm/inherited/1.0, 0x00000000, 0x00000000 C:\WINDOWS\system32\sppobjs.dll, msft:rm/algorithm/phone/1.0, 0x00000000, 0x00000000 C:\WINDOWS\system32\sppobjs.dll, msft:rm/algorithm/pkey/detect, 0x00
  2. Okay. That's done. I will report back if I continue having issues.
  3. EmsiClean_2016.10.05_02.54.41.txt Requested log file.
  4. No. This happened after I got a license change pop up and subsequently the key mapping pop up. After closing out of those it told me my key had expired. However, 24 hours later I put in my key and it is working again, for the moment.
  5. It's now telling me that my license key is expired.
  6. I did and I also sent the logs requested, or so I thought. Should I do so again?
  7. That shouldn't be the case, I'm not changing any hd's or anything. I do have 1 external hd but it's rarely ever powered on.
  8. I'm continuing to get the license change pop up box. Only this time it tells me something like "mapping limit reached, please try again in 24 hours". And after I close out of that box it's then shutting the software down completely. I've attached a screenshot showing the box along with the new message. I sent the requested logs in the other day.
  9. Well, turned the advanced debugging on last night but as luck would have it the pop up hasn't returned since the last one yesterday. As per the warnings about running this advanced debugging for prolonged periods of time how long should I keep it on for?
  10. No idea what's triggering it. It happened again today within a few minutes of waking my pc from sleep. How would I go about getting this debug log? Edit: A thought. A few months ago I used the 30 day trial of EIS to see if it was something I wanted to commit money to. I used it until it ran out, could it have something to do with that? Edit 2: Just had another license change pop up box. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary, just browsing the internet. Though this one, again, occurred within 5-10 minutes of returning to the pc which had been unused for some time.
  11. About 5 or 6 times now since I've activated my license the other day EIS will display a popup asking me to select my license. Is this normal behavior?
  12. It's set as default. Edit: Setting it to disabled seems to have "fixed" the problem.
  13. Today after installing the latest version of EIS on my pc google chrome, and all extensions and plugins crash when I try to open it. Just to test if it was actually EIS causing the issue I uninstalled it and everything worked fine. In event viewer I see these events: And: I've played around with various settings in the program but I haven't nailed down which one is causing the crash, even "Disable All Components" doesn't do anything. But, as I said, uninstalling EIS allows Chrome to start up as it normally should.
