  1. Great!! I will give these a shot. Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!!
  2. Hey everybody, ...... Ok serious question, I am running Windows 10 64 bit, and use Chrome browser for browsing, There are 2 sites I frequent and yes they may have innapropriate content, however, Since I switched to Emsisoft I will get I guess pop-under windows??? they dont pop up over the page im looking at but they will be behind it, sometimes there will end up being 3 or 4 of these pop-unders, however when I used Kaspersky I rarely ever got one of these pop-unders, once in a blue moon one would slip by but very rarely but using Emsisoft it is 3 or 4 every time I visit one of these sites. Im thinking there is just a setting I have missed, I enabled pups and all the other stuff Emsisoft specifically asked me about when I installed it but is there another setting I can adjust??? Hoping to get some help with this and not a lot of crap about the sites I visit as I have gotten these from other sites also. Thanks!!
  3. Good deal, Thanks for the reply and the explanation!!!! As of this morning everything seems to be updating properly. Thanks again.
  4. So, for the second time, I got a notice from Windows 10 64bit's alert system that my antivirus (Emsisoft Internet Security 2017.1.1.7166) was out of date. Clicked on the Emsisoft icon in the tray and sure enough it hasnt updated for 6 days. Automatic updates are turned on for every hour every day, I have made no changes to the settings from default. Has any one got any ideas as to what is going on? And more importantly, why didnt Emsisoft alert me that it wasnt updating instead of Windows doing it 6 days after the fact? Any suggestions appreciated. UPDATE: Just an update, since I manually did the update, Emsisoft did update and has been updating on the hour since....... Still concerned about it stopping for no reason tho. Also, just another bit of info from reading thru other post, I do NOT turn this computer off, so it is on (never goes to sleep either) and connected to the internet always.
