  1. Where do we find details of the specified "HP accelerometer (hard drive freefall protection) software"?
  2. Two different clients, both with different models of HP, both using Windows 7 x64, neither have Comodo firewall, both had the Emsisoft update installed yesterday and both today will not boot at all. Won't go into safe mode. Renaming the c:\Program Files\Emisoft Anti-Malware folder with a PE boot drive didn't help. Appears to crash and reboot during drive.sys - all attempts to solve have failed. What is the fix for this? Two businesses are short a computer and can't do any work at all as their computers have been disabled by this update!
  3. Hi Dana, I'm fine with that. What I need to fix is this. After I installed console and started it up the console stays in this state forever : "server LOCALHOST is being initialized........" and i can do nothing : enter a password or click Ok... I have the same issue on two servers (Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2) in two different networks. I restarted a EECSErver services on both servers and I rebooted one server which runs on Server 2012. Also I wanted to mention that on Server 2012 EEC is installed on the host. On the other server (2012 R2) it's installed on VM. I don't know if it makes any difference.
  4. Hi guys, I have the same issue on two different servers on two different networks. (2012 and 2012 R2) I restarted EEC service but it didn't fix the problem. When I click on the "heart" button in the top right corner I'm getting this outcome. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at A2EGui.MainForm.Panel_MouseClick(Object sender, MouseEventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnMouseClick(MouseEventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmMouseUp(Message& m, MouseButtons button, Int32 clicks) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) Could you please assist me with that? Thanks you Alex
