Hi All my files and documents have been changed to .boop and i cant access them anymore. each time i try to decrypt them i get this message Error: No key for New Variant offline ID: EaBLe5m5NjW7LOsfcS5dHtiEStRVdgUWc4Hq7Nt1 Notice: this ID appears be an offline ID, decryption MAY be possible in the future What do i do?
