Hi I removed the virus with antivirus.(i think) i uploaded some files to my computer to test, that file not encrypted untill now. (So i believe that the virus is gone) I used shadow explorer to recover my files, But I can't because I don't have a recovery point. Is there is another way to recover my files? if dont, Is it okey to formatt my computer and reuse after installing windows? I have no problem with data loss.

Is it will solve by formatting the computer? And reintstalling new windows? pls reply
