There's a notepad that got [.ShellClassInfo] [email protected]%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787 written on it every time I open my pc

My pc got a virus called Trojan spy caberp I found it using spyhunter but I don't have money to buy for the virus remover it makes my keyboard can't type n/b etc.
