  2. There is a setting if you wish a managed installation or a local one or both. Choose local only.
  3. Same here for the last two hours. Doesn't get past initializing phase. Says can't connect to update server.
  4. if you previously used and removed EIS you likely have these still registered with Windows Security Center, other ESET products may have similar entries.
