I have a question, once removed the ransomware with any spyware removal (SpyHunter 5 in my case) can it infect other pc by sharing an encrypted file?

I mean, is in the encrypted files any ransomware residual that could damage other computer by moving them there?

Well I got infected a few weeks ago and I already know de my posibilitties of getting my data back are low, I'll be checking weekly in case the key I need is uploaded to servers, the thing is that my pc is old and I cant run the decrypter software, "example.exe se ha detenido" and the only option I have is to close it, what can I do to know when the key will be updated without the program?
