  1. Looks like it fixed the problem with one of our customers. One problem I experienced with my own device is that I'm unable to find it in my Workspace. It's fully updated but not showing up in workspace
  2. I need to try this with a customer. Thanks for the hotfix. I hope that not to much people are affected by this issue.
  3. Device means de computer system. Your device is potentially connected to a workspace. That is a online platform where your can manage your devices. You can acces your workspace here: my.emsisoft.com Im not a Emsisoft employee but gladly want to help you.
  4. Looks like workspace lost also connection to clients. Also reinstalling doesn't seem to work...
