  1. It seems that the reason for the error message is that I run Outlook inside Sandboxie. EAM e-mail scanning does not seem to be compatible with Sandboxie at the moment...
  2. I already had DebugView installed since I use it within my own development activities. But strange, only the following three lines appeared after I closed the error message: 00000000 21:35:57 [9300] [a2hooks] Sent request - Type: DNS - Host: mail.xxxxx.xx - Result: 0 - Answer: 1 - Process name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE 00000001 21:35:57 [9300] [a2hooks] Sent request - Type: DNS - Host: mail.xxxxx.xx - Result: 0 - Answer: 1 - Process name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE 00000002 21:35:57 [9300] [a2hooks] Sent request - Type: DNS - Host: mail.xxxxx.xx - Result: 0 - Answer: 1 - Process name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE I ran DebugView as Administrator and I did enable everything except "Log Boot". Include Filter contents was "*" and Exclude Filter was empty.
  3. When I disable the option for e-mail scanning, Outlook starts very quickly (< 1s) and the error message does not appear. When the option is enabled, starting Outlook takes about 15 s, and after that the error message appears.
  4. After EAM has upgraded itself to 6.5 each time I start Microsoft Outlook 2003, I get a pop-up window with the word "Error" in the title bar and the text "Please run Emsisoft Anti-Malware to enable the email scanning feature" in the text box. However, EAM is running and the General Guard Setting "Activate email scanning" seems to be enabled. I have made no configuration adjustments at the time when EAM upgraded itself to V6.5. Am I missing something obvious...?
