  3. Hello Kevin Unfortunately the malware has not been removed using the method you suggested. The fixlog document (attached) describes the problem.   4. Hello Kevin There are still some problems. A lot of the malware has been removed but if you look at the logs, you will see that it's not completely solved.   10. Dear Kevin Thanks, as always, for your reply. Before removing software etc. as you describe, could you just give one last piece of advice please? I ran another scan with a-squared free and found two reports of viruses: C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\_sdra64_.exe.zip/sdra64.exe detected: Gen.Trojan!IK C:\System Volume Information\_restore{7201F29E-7087-4AB6-BD99-5820B45315E3}\RP513\A0095925.exe detected: Gen.Trojan!IK Are these still active or can I try to delete /quarantine them???
