Hello,

ok thanky you. Then it looks like all new updates were not delivered to the server number 4. We will check this asap.

Thx for looking into it !

To be expected as there was a major signature cleanup as well. Everyone and his mother tries to download at the same time now ;). Guess when exactly the synchronization issue was fixed:

I just called my mother and explained the situation.

She promised to stop updating right now.

Let´s see if that helps then :D

I apologize for the delays in update distribution.

Some tech background: Our update server mirror farm is usually running at 5-10% of the total available bandwidth. However, when we release a new software version or need to recompile huge areas of the signature database, it may reach it's full capaticty for 1-2 hours because all users download the same big chunk of data. We continuously extend the available bandwidth to keep up with growing needs and will try to avoid a similar problem on upcoming updates.

I think it is happening again !

This is my temp\Update.ini from just now (17:32 SE-Asia time)

; Emsisoft updates lookup at 20130328-103052 UTC
; Server http://updates11.emsisoft.com last sync at 20130328-081443 UTC

The last sync for Updates11 is off by 2 hours !  and I haven't received any updates for 2 hours now (last successfull update was 15:26 SE-Asia Time)

Regards

I have not been informed of any major database changes today, so it is possible that it was merely a connection issue. Let us know if the issues continue. We may need a Fiddler log to get some more information.
