Online Armor does not start

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have recently purchased Emisoft Anti Malware and Online Armor. So far I have been very pleased with the performance of the software, but there is one little thing that is bugging me. Whenever I start my Computer I get a notification that there is no Firewall active and I have to manually start Online Armor to correct that.

Prior to me purchasing a license the test Version of Online Armor worked just fine and also started automatically!

Could someone please tell me how I could change this?

Thanks

Hello,

please open Online Armor and go to the section Options tab License. Press the link To activate another key press here. Select Premium edition and insert your new Online Armor licensekey. Press OK.

Then please go again to the section Options tab General and be sure the option Launch Online Armor on next startup is enabled.

Now please reboot your computer. Online Armor is working now on Windows startup?

Thank you for your quick response,

my license was already activated and the option to launch Online Armor automatically with system start was also checked. Nevertheless I did as you suggested and activated my key again, checked if launch automatically was enabled and rebooted my PC.

Unfortunately this has not solved the problem :-(

Hello,

then please download the newest Online Armor version 6.0.0.1798 from http://download4.emsisoft.com/OnlineArmorSetup_6.0.0.1798.exe to your computer and save the file OnlineArmorSetup_6.0.0.1798.exe.

Run the file OnlineArmorSetup_6.0.0.1798.exe to start the install process. Select Upgrade during the install wizard and finish the upgrade installation.

Then reboot your computer.

Online Armor is working now on Windows startup?
