Error Message 216 on Install

After installing OA I get the following message on reboot and every reboot since.....

 

"runtime error 216 at 6200389E"

 

Running Win8 64 bit

Hello Robbie,

 

please uninstall Online Armor and reboot your computer twice. Then please download the newest setupfile Online Armor version 6.0.0.1798 from http://download4.emsisoft.com/OnlineArmorSetup_6.0.0.1798.exe and save it on your computer. Run the file OnlineArmorSetup_6.0.0.1798.exe to start the install process and follow the wizard.

 

Also be sure to disable temporary your NOD32 software during the Online Armor install process. The error message occurs again on reboot?

Thank you for your reply. I uninstalled NOD several days ago. I tried the new install file but no luck. I am still getting the same error message.

Hello,

 

first please create a OTL log.

 

Download OTL from http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe and save it on your desktop.

 

Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted. When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output. Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check. Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long. When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.txt and Extras.txt. Note: These logs can be located in the OTL folder on you C: drive if they fail to open automatically.

 

Please send me this files on PM (personal message).

 

Also please create a system information file.

 

Press the Windows key + R. Type in msinfo32 and press OK. Now go to file/save and save the information log. Please send me this file also on PM.
