shiningstone 0
Hello! I'm writing here in hope to solve the matter. I've been trying to remove this malware but it says that it is already opened (in 'Esplora Risorse' ,but I don't know how it translates technically in English.) C -> Users -> Public -> Thunder Network -> KanKan -> reghelper -> xappex.1.1.1.73.(848).dll Thunder Network is not installed anymore and I deleted whatever I see that appears to be related with the program, but this stays. I already sent the file yesterday. Thank you for helping!

Kevin Zoll 309
There is always a chance of infecting an device that connects to an infected computer. Exit CCleaner. Turn off System restore to flush all your restore points then turn system restore back on. See How To Enable and Disable System Restore. You can delete and uninstall any programs I had you download, that you do not wish to keep on the system. Run Windows Update and update your Windows Operating System. Run the Secunia Online Software Inspector, this will inspect your system for software that is out-of-date and in need of updating. Update anything program/application detected as being out-dated.
